Projet ANR Ruling on Nature. Animals and the Environment before the Court

The general idea for the session is to focus on the movement for the recognition of rights to places to live, environments or ecosystems, by adopting the easement approach as proposed by Sarah Vanuxem – thereby avoiding the option of personification – and in light of Alice Ingold’s work on territorial water associations.

As the number of people in the room is limited to 15, please inform us of your attendance by mail at : daniela.berti@cnrs.fr ; vanessa.manceron@cnrs.fr ; sandrine.revet@sciencespo.fr
